Thank you for shopping at Furrjoy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Our Dropshipping Model

Furrjoy operates as a dropshipping store powered by Tradelle. This means your orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our suppliers. As a result, our return and refund process is subject to our suppliers' handling procedures, which may affect processing times.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept return and refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund.
  • Item Not Received: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window (typically 7–20 business days depending on your location), please contact us and we will investigate and arrange a refund or replacement if the item is confirmed lost.
  • Change of Mind: Due to the nature of dropshipping, we are generally unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been dispatched. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team
  • Orders where the return request is made more than 30 days after delivery

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please:

  1. Email us at syed@furrjoy.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions or process your refund directly.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If a return is required due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Furrjoy will cover the return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel your order, email us immediately at syed@furrjoy.shop. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
