Thank you for shopping at Furrjoy. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order with us.

How We Ship

Furrjoy is a dropshipping store powered by Tradelle. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our suppliers. We do not hold physical inventory. Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is forwarded to our supplier for processing and dispatch.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the supplier shipping route. Please use the following as a general guide:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom / Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Canada / Australia: 10–20 business days
  • Middle East / Asia: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We offer free shipping on select products and promotions — check the product page for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow up to 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Furrjoy is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at syed@furrjoy.shop and we will investigate with our supplier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Furrjoy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at syed@furrjoy.shop within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
